Financial Manager at MITAB in Forsbacka

We are now looking for a Financial Manager who wants to help develop both the company and the finance function further.

The Role – The Hub Between MITAB and Teqnion

As a Financial Manager, you will hold a key position at MITAB with overall responsibility for finance and direct reporting to the CEO. You will also be responsible for monthly reporting to the group and become an important link between MITAB and Teqnion's central functions. This combines operational responsibility with strategic development work.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Project accounting and progressive profit recognition
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Monthly and annual financial statements
• Payroll management and declarations
• Contract management and some administration
• Inventory and purchasing
• Responsibility for financial systems – including future system changes
• Monthly reporting and follow-up against Teqnion

The position is located in Forsbacka, just outside Gävle.

Who Are You?

You are confident in your accounting skills and used to taking overall responsibility. Perhaps you currently work as an accounting manager or CFO in a smaller or medium-sized company, preferably within manufacturing.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Have good experience in project accounting
• Are structured and quality-conscious
• Understand the importance of group reporting and internal control
• Enjoy both operational work and development issues
• Are unpretentious, analytical, and communicative

You see finance as a tool for business development – not just as administration. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
